It all started once upon a time with Coach Rawan… An idea was born shortly before the year 2010, a beautiful concept took root in her mind – building a space that is more than just a gym - building a community. In 2010, six months after she gave birth, Coach Rawan underwent a life-changing transformation: She was able to transform her body, her mind and her lifestyle. It was hard not to notice! People around her were intrigued and wanted to know her secret and that is how it all started. Little by little, Coach Rawan helped people with their diets in a way that was far from traditional as it targeted a lifestyle change rather than just being a conventional diet. People were truly fascinated by the changes they witnessed in their bodies, but most importantly, in their overall health. This inspired Coach Rawan to take action, fueled by the rewarding effect of helping people, she started the “SWEAT” movement: Strength. Willpower. Endurance. Agility. Transformation. Those are the four concepts which SWEAT ARMY Training is built on. It all started from a small space at the privacy of her home, Coach Rawan transformed fitness into a lifestyle for she believed – and still believes - that health goes far beyond just being physically fit. She trained small groups of ladies at a time and skillfully made them LOVE working out which created motivation and made them look forward to their sessions. She earned her fitness certification and built a loyal customer base, some of who were then trained to become trainers. After successfully training three ladies who became certified fitness trainers, an army was born and Sweat evolved into SWEAT ARMY. The small home business that started in 2011 turned into a full-fledged fitness club in 2017. Today, the Army is bigger. Lead by Coach Rawan, the heart and soul of Sweat Army, her fellow commanders Rania Zahran and Nehad Sulaimani and countless dedicated soldiers who strive every day to better themselves and transform their lives. Even though the army is a lot bigger than it used to be, the goal remains the same: To make each soldier’s day a little better every time they walk in. Sometimes, having a better day means lifting heavy weights and sweating it out. Other times though, having a better day simply means relaxing and connecting. Sweat Army I like that the trainers push you to your limits, then when you can’t do anymore, they make you do 10 more repetitions... this kind of push makes you build endurance, coordination & flexibility ..we all can train to be better, no matter how old or fit we are...I’ve learned to never say I can’t .I’ve always been athletic, & I love sports Challenges & competitions, Whether its a mental or physical challenge, physical training will improve it. When I moved from Italy to Jeddah last August, and I saw the Sweat Army women gym banner, I immediately felt so confident to make the right choice! The first year together is almost done and even though I came prepared I grew in terms of fitness! I love Sweat Army because your classes are full of competency & creativity, energy, strength & intensity...with you I’m feeling deeply balanced, and it’s very important because I’m far from my own country . ...and this is only the beginning! Was never committed to any gym before I always use to go and forth till I came to sweat army, I loved the classes I loved the energy of the instructors and ever since last summer hamdillah I’ve never missed classes and super grateful for the zoom ones as well as they helped me to continue my commitment!!
I love how the commanders are always changing it up and making us laugh in the middle of our workouts! SWEAT ARMY has the best uplifting energy and it’s all about that “I-can-do-anything” feeling you get after walking out of an awesome hardcore class that keeps you coming back for more!!!

It’s really been an amazing journey training in sweat army. The energy of the gym as well as the uplifting spirit of the coaches there is amazing. Joining Sweat army was one of the best choices I have made in my life ! The coaches there are the best and motivate you to push through to reach your goals. Sweat army commanders also did their best to help their soldiers to stay active during quarantine and that really proved how they are in touch with their customers Over all i have realized a big improvement in my strength and ability to do many moves I never imagined my self doing and I consider Sweat Army as my second home .
My experience at sweat army started two years ago when my friend Douaa Almoaalem invited me to a cardio class with coach Nehad , before we started coach Nehad asked me few questions about my fitness level and if I have any injuries,since the first minute i felt that is the gym that I was looking for since long time ,the class was intense but fun, in addition that the location of the gym is perfect and the atmosphere is amazing. Starting with the lovely smile of Rasha and he welcoming sweet words every morning. To the encouraging support of the highly skilled coaches ( Rawan,Rania ,Nehad),I’m really impressed by their enthusiasm and professionalism . Coach Nehad made me become addicted to bungee fit classes. Coach Rania motivated me to meet my goal and improve my fitness level. Coach Rawan the queen of challenge,she made me believe that nothing is impossible and it’s matter of working out consistently . My experience with sweat army gym over the last couple of years has been positive .i can do things now I haven’t been able to do for several years.
