It all started once upon a time with Coach Rawan… An idea was born shortly before the year 2010, a beautiful concept took root in her mind – building a space that is more than just a gym - building a community. In 2010, six months after she gave birth, Coach Rawan underwent a life-changing transformation: She was able to transform her body, her mind and her lifestyle. It was hard not to notice! People around her were intrigued and wanted to know her secret and that is how it all started. Little by little, Coach Rawan helped people with their diets in a way that was far from traditional as it targeted a lifestyle change rather than just being a conventional diet. People were truly fascinated by the changes they witnessed in their bodies, but most importantly, in their overall health. This inspired Coach Rawan to take action, fueled by the rewarding effect of helping people, she started the “SWEAT” movement: Strength. Willpower. Endurance. Agility. Transformation. Those are the four concepts which SWEAT ARMY Training is built on. It all started from a small space at the privacy of her home, Coach Rawan transformed fitness into a lifestyle for she believed – and still believes - that health goes far beyond just being physically fit. She trained small groups of ladies at a time and skillfully made them LOVE working out which created motivation and made them look forward to their sessions. She earned her fitness certification and built a loyal customer base, some of who were then trained to become trainers. After successfully training three ladies who became certified fitness trainers, an army was born and Sweat evolved into SWEAT ARMY. The small home business that started in 2011 turned into a full-fledged fitness club in 2017. Today, the Army is bigger. Lead by Coach Rawan, the heart and soul of Sweat Army, her fellow commanders Rania Zahran and Nehad Sulaimani and countless dedicated soldiers who strive every day to better themselves and transform their lives. Even though the army is a lot bigger than it used to be, the goal remains the same: To make each soldier’s day a little better every time they walk in. Sometimes, having a better day means lifting heavy weights and sweating it out. Other times though, having a better day simply means relaxing and connecting.
