Terms & Conditions

1- To subscribe and become a member you must buy a class package. Payment must be made in advance to attend the classes. The transfer of membership is permitted only once with a transfer fee of 500 SR. 2-If the member decides to terminate the subscription and leave the club for any reason there will be no refund provided. In cases of emergencies or sickness SWEAT ARMY Club will be happy to freeze your subscription with a report from the doctor. 3- The member must be aware And respectful of the subscription period and expiry date. After the expiration date if the member still has unfinished classes SWEAT ARMY will not grant any extension period. Classes must be used before the expiration date. 4- If the member is interested in Personal training classes please ask our Staff about the specific personal training packages. it is prohibited to request personal training services directly with the coaches (lieutenants). 5- Upon any changes to the member’s contact information, please inform the reception desk accordingly. 6- If the member suffers from an injury, has undergone surgery, or has a specific medical condition , the member must inform the reception and the coach (lieutenants) before entering the class. SWEAT ARMY club will not bear responsibility in the event of any complications.

1- The member must book the class In advance through our app or through the receptionist to reserve their spot. If the member needs to cancel they have up to 6 hours prior to class to cancel. Otherwise a late Cancellation fee will be imposed and the class will be deducted from the member’s package. If you are on an unlimited class package a fine will be imposed for late cancellations: * a fine of 100 riyals - for first time offense. * A fine of 180 riyals - for second time offense. * subscription will be terminated - for third time offense. 2- Cancelation should be done before 6 hours prior class, to give other subscribers the opportunity to join. 3- If the member suffers from an injury, has undergone surgery, or has a specific medical condition , the member must inform the reception and the coach (lieutenants) before entering the class. SWEAT ARMY club will not bear responsibility in the event of any complications.

1- Personal items must be placed in designated lockers in the locker rooms only!! 2- It is forbidden to leave personal belongings overnight in lockers, SWEAT ARMY will not bear responsibility for lost items. 3- Please use changing rooms provided when getting ready for class. 4- If the member loses the key for the locker room a fine of 150 riyals must be paid. 5- It is forbidden to throw any waste in the studios. Please throw the waste in the designated bin. When using the toilets please throw the waste in the bin. 6- Appropriate shoes and socks example, Pilates socks, must be worn during the class. 7- Members must wear appropriate gym clothing during the class. 8- One of the principles of SWEAT ARMY club is to reduce plastic waste to protect our environment. We ask members to kindly bring their water bottle, water dispensers will be provided by SWEAT ARMY.

1- Members must follow the coaches instructions on how to use the gym equipment for their safety. 2- We ask members to use caution when using the gym equipment and to avoid damaging it in anyway. Adhere to specific instructions from the coaches. 3 - When done with the class please wipe and return the weights/ mats to the assigned shelves. 4- For our members safety and hygiene purposes please use your own gear when required like ( boxing gloves, tennis racquet etc. ) 5- It is strictly forbidden to take any photos of others inside the Club. You may take photos of yourself only. 6- Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the building. 7- Inappropriate language or behavior will not be tolerated inside the club. 8- Members with excessive sweating are encouraged to use towels during the class. Towels are provided in each studio for your comfort. 9- For the safety of our members sanitizers are available in each studio please use it before and after the training session. 10 - Eating and drinking is allowed only in the cafe. It is forbidden to eat and drink in the studios or locker rooms. 11 - It is forbidden for children under the age of 14 to enter training classes that are designated for adults.
